Arise Leadership Academy

1. Children must reach the age of five by the end of December in the first semester to be eligible for enrollment in kindergarten.

2. Students must achieve a score at or above the grade level in Reading or Math to be considered for acceptance.

3. All students are mandated to take the NWEA MAP Growth assessment in Math and Reading, either by presenting previous scores or scheduling a date to take the assessment.

4. Academic and disciplinary records from the previous school must be provided by the students.

5. Students with more than 4 disciplinary infractions in a school year may not be accepted, with the administration reviewing all disciplinary records to make final decisions on admission.

 6. Probationary admission may be granted if behavior infractions are not violent in nature.

7. Students with IEP’s or 504 plans must provide the school with the most current plan.

8. Parents/guardians must agree to attend student support meetings and volunteer to support at least three fundraisers in the school year.

9. An interview with staff must be scheduled by parents/guardians before admission is completed, with the student being present at the interview.
