Ewendapha M. Green is a dynamic professional with over two decades of experience in corporate America and a strong background in Process Improvement and Project Management. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and has successfully transitioned her expertise into the education sector, where her passion for nurturing young minds has flourished.

Her journey in education began in 2011 at Choices Leadership Academy, where she took on various roles in academic and student support services. As a dedicated educator, Ewendapha has taught history, language arts, and grades 1st through 5th, developing a deep compassion for children and their educational journeys. This passion led her to establish a private school focused on providing personalized, high-quality education.

In addition to her educational endeavors, Ewendapha is a seasoned entrepreneur who operates multiple businesses with innovation and finesse. Her consulting company, EMG Business Consulting, LLC, specializes in enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing growth opportunities, and streamlining processes for diverse clients.

Driven by a genuine love for people, Ewendapha also ventured into eldercare by founding All Hands Home Care, LLC. This family home care business connects compassionate caregivers with elderly and disabled individuals who need support and companionship for essential everyday living.

Since 2022, Ewendapha has further extended her impact by serving as an Academic Advisor for the TRIO/UPWARD BOUND program.
