Marilyn Denise Cavaness-Dailey is a distinguished educator and spiritual leader with over two decades of experience in education. Her career began as a special education teacher, where she demonstrated a deep commitment to helping students succeed, particularly those struggling with reading as a certified reading specialist. Marilyn's passion for education led her to central administration, where she provided essential support and training to both new and veteran teachers, serving as a teacher coach and offering innovative staff development programs. Her extensive experience also includes work as an educational consultant and interim principal at a charter school. As the owner and operator of Arise Education Solutions, Marilyn continues to exemplify her dedication to providing effective educational solutions and support.

Inspired by the need for a more personalized and nurturing academic environment, Marilyn established a private school focused on fostering the unique talents and gifts of gifted students. Recognizing the limitations of traditional public schools, she created a curriculum that emphasizes leadership, entrepreneurship, and academic excellence to empower gifted and talented scholars to achieve their full potential at an accelerated pace.

Beyond her contributions to education, Marilyn is deeply committed to spiritual growth and spreading the love of God worldwide. She co-founded Arise Community Outreach, an organization devoted to this mission. As a powerful speaker, teacher, and author, Marilyn shares her wisdom at conferences and workshops, and she also leads Women of Prayer, a group that brings women together for collective prayer. Marilyn's academic achievements further highlight her dedication to her fields of expertise. She holds a master’s degree in Christian Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, earned in 2014, and a master’s degree in Education Leadership from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Residing in Dallas, Texas, Marilyn shares her life with her daughter and six-year-old nephew.
